This is the personal web blog of Lady Christiana Elizabeth Constable of ye Phasiani lacus Manerium an interest household group in the Tudor Era from 1457 to 1603 and is a life time member of the Arch Duchy of Connacht of the Adrian Empire. This is not an official web site or blog of the Adrian Empire, or and any other creative anachronism group of Medieval ages
I Lady Christiana Elizabeth Constable have left one anachronism group and have joined the Arch Duchy of Connacht as of march 2011. In 2005 - September I was introduced to a creative anachronism group in the South Okanagan, and had for awhile, enjoyed the pleasure of playing the Medieval anachronism theme, from archery to rapier tournaments, but as one natures, one looks to other inspirations, and ideas that would lead the way for Lady Christiana Elizabeth Constable to join the Arch Duchy of Connacht. It was with heavy heart that I Christiana made this decision along with a few Phasiani lacus Manerium members to leave the creative anahronism group and join in March of 2011 to the Arch Duchy of Connacht do to many reasons, some been of mundane nature and some related to the anchronism group we use to belong to.
It was a decision that was not taken lightly, but would lead us down an interesting trail, and to new friendships with the same interest that we have. In the Society of Creative Anachronism one can achieve the title of Lord or Lady, by means of an award of arms, and at the time that this web blog, along with other blogs that are under Lady Christiana's control reflected this as the blogs were formed in November 2009. Since than a lot changes have been made, and one of these changes was joining with a group known as the Arch Duchy of Connacht (Adrain Empire) in March and April of 2011. Since than Phasiani lacus Manerium has going through a healing process, and is been well welcome within the ranks of the Arch Duchy of Connacht. (Adrian Empire). Some of Phasiani lacus Manerium do to reasons of their own choose not to join, but most did, and we have gained members while going through the transition.

Christiana Elizabeth Constable
Christiana Elizabeth Constable, born in the year of our lord September 17th 1540 as per the Gregorian calendar at the household of Michel Richard Constable to his wife Mary Fisher at the town of Beverley, Yorkshire England. Christiana was baptized at the Beverly Minister a week later, youngest to the two boys birthed by his wife. The town of Beverly was originally known as Inderawuda (meaning “in the wood of the men of Deira”) and was founded by Saint John Beverly during the time of the Angle kingdom Northumbria. A midwife, wet nurse was appointed by Mary Fisher who raised Christiana, until her education, which began at the age of five. During her early years before the age of five Christiana was versed in manners and proper behavior becoming that of a girl raised in her class in society. Her society dictated that she would learn the mannerism, for the up bringing of a wealthy class lady. Learning how to eat properly, address her parents, relatives and guest. If Christiana got it wrong than punishment was the course to correct her problems in behavior.
